The hotel is located on the banks of the Mekong River and is just 2 km away from the Cambodia-Japanese Bridge. Near to the hotel there are many tourist attractions, such as the Royal Palace and National Museum, Phsar Thmei Market and shopping centres. All can be reached within less than 10 minutes' drive. It is also conveniently accessible to public transport, being only 10 minutes from the bus station and 20 minutes from Phnom Penh airport, which is about 17 km away.||This 7-storey building features the colonial style of Khmer. It has been designed with marble walls and wooden stairs and was renovated in 2011. The business hotel has a total of 96 well-appointed rooms and provides guests with superior facilities and services to suit both business and leisure travellers. The premises are air-conditioned and guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. Guests' facilities and services include a hotel safe, currency exchange service and lift access. There is also wireless Internet access in public areas, room service and a laundry service. There is a restaurant and guests can enjoy the Sky lounge which serves several cocktail drinks. Those guests who are arriving by car may leave their vehicle in the hotel's car park.||All rooms offer Mekong River views and Tonle Sap River views. They are quiet, traditional and elegant. En suite bathrooms have separate showers and baths as well as a hairdryer. Rooms are fitted with satellite/cable TV, Internet access, a minibar, coffee and tea making facilities and safe deposit boxes. Individually regulated air conditioning is a standard feature in all accommodation.||The recreational facilities include a gym, steam room and sauna. Guests can take a refreshing dip in the outdoor swimming pool. They can also relax in the hot tub.||The hotel's restaurant serves a daily buffet breakfast in the morning, while lunch and dinner come à la carte.
