1 kms to city centre. 15 kms to the nearest airport (marco polo international airport). Close to the station (in front of mestre-venice). 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop. The hotel is located in front of Mestre railway station, 8 minutes travelling time from Venice. The area is quite lively with a few bars and restaurants and it is only a few minutes walk from the centre of Mestre. Rooms vary in size from small to medium and are furnished in modern style. They are in very good condition with the bathrooms and are equipped with all the modern comforts. There is a small but luminous and airy breakfast area on the ground floor that becomes a bar later on in the day. A traditional yellow 3-storey building in keeping with the surroundings. The lobby is medium in size, luminous and furnished in modern style using wood and glass as materials and white and black for the leather seats. Plants are placed here and there to decorate and give that bit of extra colour. A very pleasant hotel, recently totally refurnished. The main style is modern but, being a building dating to the beginning of 1900, there is a protected area where the original wooden beams and staircase have been preserved. A shuttle service to/from Venice International Airport is available on request at the hotel. The air conditioning is only available in the months of June-September. The hotel also has parking which is charged at a small fee, to be paid on the spot. (CQ04/08) First 2 hours of internet are free of charge, afterwords a fee will be applied. Car park on payment
