This charming and exclusive hotel is situated in the centre of Baden-Baden, just a few steps away from all the major attractions, such as the public gardens, the beautiful casino, the festival opera house, the magnificent thermal baths, the Burda Museum built by Richard Meier and the convention centre. Guests will find a number of shops in the immediate vicinity. The French border is just a 20-minute drive away and the world-famous Black Forest is also nearby. Beautiful cities such as Strasbourg and Heidelberg are within easy reach (about 45 minutes by car) for a day trip from Baden-Baden.||This historic hotel was built in 1880. Today it comprises a total of 40 guest rooms and is fully air-conditioned. Guests are welcomed into a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, hotel safe, currency exchange facilities and lift access. Further on-site facilities include a library / lounge with guest PC, a café and a restaurant, as well as free WLAN Internet access. Conference facilities are provided for business travellers and parking spaces can be used for a fee.||Both the Romantic Room, with its open fireplace, and the Tower Room are especially popular with guests. The guest rooms are all en suite and many include their own spa bath (others come with a shower). Each of the rooms comes with cable TV (with channels in English, French, Russian and Arabic), a hairdryer, direct dial telephone, radio, modem connection for Internet access, desk, minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, an ironing set and a safe. Rooms also have balconies or private rooftop terraces and individually regulated air conditioning and heating, as well as double or king-size beds. DVD and video players and films are available upon request.||Guests looking to play a round of golf need look no further than Baden-Baden golf course, which lies just 1 km from the hotel.
