The hotel is comfortably located in the town centre, on the banks of the Glazne River, and on the road to the mountain and the gondola lift. It is a favourite place for snow sports lovers and mountaineers to relax as well as for those who like solitude, quiet and walking in the historical part of Bansko or into the centre in order to explore the rich cultural and historical heritage, the numerous shops and places of entertainment or taverns. The nearest bus and train stations are about 500 m away, Plovdiv Airport is approximately 200 km away and Sofia Airport is roughly 170 km.||The ski hotel is truly wonderful with a friendly atmosphere and is among the best known in the resort. There are 53 rooms at the hotel. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with a 24-hour reception with a currency exchange service and 24-hour check-out service. It offers a cloakroom, safety deposit boxes and lift access to the upper floors. There is a café, restaurant and lobby bar on the premises. Moreover, there is a kids' club, a nightclub, and a storage room for skis/board and boots. Conference facilities are available to business travellers and guests can take advantage of the room and laundry services on offer (fees apply to the latter two services). Those guests who are arriving by car may park their vehicle in the hotel's car park. For an additional fee, guests can hire bicycles at the hotel.||All rooms are comfortably furnished with double or twin beds and come with an en suite bathroom with a shower (some come with a bath) and a hairdryer. Amenities include a cable TV, direct dial telephone and a minibar. Apartments may vary from open plan or separated bedrooms and all accommodation has central heating.||Guests have the complimentary use of the indoor swimming pool, a gym and a sauna. Massage treatments and table tennis are also available in the hotel (fees apply to both). Guests may also set out on a bicycle ride from the hotel (fees apply).
