The hotel is located in the heart of the city of Ovar, close to several beaches. It is 250 km to Lisbon, 700 m to the railway station at Ovar and 500 m to the bus terminal. The casino is some 12 km away, while it is around 5 km to the marina, the hospital and Europarque Congress Centre. Francisco Sá Carneiro International Airport at Porto is also close by.||Here guests are presented with unique levels of attentive and personalised service. The property is fully equipped with a range of facilities to accommodate business and leisure travellers alike. Renovated in 2009, it comprises a total of 56 guest rooms. It also offers a bar, a lounge and Restaurant Aqua, which specialises in regional and international cuisine. There are function rooms for up to 180 people, as well as a spa suite, parking, an Internet corner and library, free wireless Internet access and 24-hour room service. Further facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, a cloakroom, lift access, a newspaper stand, a hairdressing salon, a café and a laundry service.||The hotel was constructed in the 1980s and it provides its guests with 52 double rooms and 4 suites, all of which are fully equipped. Each unit comes with an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub, as well as a hairdryer, a double bed, a direct dial telephone, a satellite/cable television, Internet access, a safe, individually adjustable heating and air conditioning and a balcony or terrace.||There is a gym on the premises, and a range of massage treatments are available. For an additional fee guests can go surfing, windsurfing, sailing, canoeing, pedal boating, horse riding or biking in the local area. For a fee there are also facilities for tennis and bowling. There is a golf course just a 15-minute drive away at Espinho.
