This arty 4 star rated 1927 Federation home and cottage enjoys a convenient leafy setting in North Perth, just 5 kms north of the heart of Perth City Center in a quiet street, with easy bus routes to the city center. The property is all on one level within lovely walled gardens and it is wheelchair-accessible. Children and pets are Welcome. Small and large pets are allowed on this home away from home premises, and there is a pet friendly park nearby and a different park with swings nearby for children. Ashtrays are provided on the outdoor settings so that smokers can smoke outside. This property is also situated just 4 kms from the vibrant nightlife of Northbridge and the discount shopping hub of Harbourtown, on the property side of Perth city center. ||There are three air-conditioned themed rooms to choose from, each with its own bathroom. The Master room is romantic with an oak queen bed, polished floorboards and French doors leading to the gardens, a gas log fireplace, and a bathtub in its en-suite. ||The King room is versatile with 3 pillow wide King bed which can be made into twin beds, and add an extra single bed if required to the Master or King room. Its bathroom has an amazing underwater fresco ceiling. It also has polished floorboards.||These rooms share the spacious lounge dining room in the house, making both rooms into suites. The lounge dining room has an atmospheric gas log fireplace. They receive every day breakfast and room cleaning and each has free offstreet parking and WiFi. ||The self-contained Garden room is in its own cottage in the backyard and is most favoured by pet owners. It has a 2 night minimum stay, a wrought iron queen bed, en-suite, its own kitchenette and dishwasher and a remote-controlled garage. It receives first day breakfast provisions and weekly linen changes for longer staying guests. It is set in tranquil gardens and has access to the gas BBQ, Koi pond and hammock. It has a desk and also receives Free WiFi. ||
